Hey everyone - Tom back here today with some exciting Jurassic News for you in a week which has already been rammed-pack full of other awesome announcements.
Today, our friends over at Fanattik launched a brand-new line of Jurassic Park & Jurassic World inspired products - including a brand new dive into a more premium line of products which I think some Jurassic fans are really going to enjoy. In this article will breakdown their new offerings - so let’s take a closer look!
Up first, we have a brand new pennant to join the pre-existing pennant which the Fanattik team released for their Jurassic Park line. This new pennant is gorgeous - with a motif based on the Mosasaurus Splash Zone from the Isla Nublar park. I love how this feels like an in-universe decorative piece which we would see within the park in the films - and think this is bound to be popular with fans like me who love the more modern Jurassic design language. Next up, we have a replica of a Jurassic Park Number Plate which is seen on the Jeep Wranglers within the 1993 park. It’s safe to say that the vehicles of the classic film are incredibly popular, with groups like the Jurassic Motorpool existing because there is so much love for these vehicles and the place that they hold within the fictional universe. This is bound to be a welcome addition to the lineup of other Jurassic replicas available from the team. Click here to find out more about the number plate.
Following on from this we have the fantastic Jurassic Park Premium Box for the Ranger Division. This feels like something out of an alternative universe where Jurassic Park continued to function successfully - with a unique package full of golden items awarded to Park Rangers for consistent service with InGen. I really love the elements which are packed into this box set - with the service medal in particular looking gorgeous. I’d love to see Fanattik potentially collaborate with Frontier Developments in the future - creating similar boxes themed around the divisions in Jurassic World Evolution. The Fanattik team have also put together a similar gorgeous box set for the Genetics Division, too - and I love the Mr DNA motif which is present on the interior design of this box. This feels incredibly creative and feels like something new and fresh on the Jurassic merchandise scene. I really like the direction Fanattik are taking with their more premium offerings and hope we receive more in the future. Find out more about the Genetics Division box here.
That’s it for the new products from Fanattik - but we think these are awesome! The new Premium Boxes are a really fun in-world concept, and we have to admit that we are incredibly impressed at just how creative the team over at Fanattik continue to get with this brand.
