More classic Jurassic Park merchandise is coming our way - with a brand new apparel partnership between Universal Pictures and The Hundreds. This collection appears to take inspiration from the iconography of the classic 1993 hit - with multiple designs utilising both the logo and other iconic visual elements such as Velociraptor heads and screen-caps of scenes from the films.

On June 24, The Hundreds is embarking on one of its most adventurous collaborations ever, one that will take us to one of the most breathtakingly beautiful, yet dangerous, places on Earth. Hold onto your butts because The Hundreds is headed to Jurassic Park.
A standout moment that highlighted an already iconic year in 1993, Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment’s Jurassic Park is one of the most thrilling experiences in cinematic history. Filled with wonder and ready to terrify you at every turn, Jurassic Park and the blockbuster Jurassic World franchise that followed has entertained generations of fans around the world for nearly 30 years. And now, we’re revisiting Isla Nublar to relive this legendary adventure once more.
The Hundreds X Jurassic Park pulls inspiration from the wild wardrobe of the classic ‘90s film, putting a modern spin on vintage safari gear and adding our own signature technical features. Fans of the film will recognize the Hammond Anorak from the dark and rainy scene when the T. rex makes her terrifying debut. Then, we developed a camouflage tie-dye print for the matching Vest and Shorts as a different take on Jurassic Park gear.
Graphics for the collection include our take on classic theme park souvenir shirts, as well as a custom pattern made from the ‘Caution’ and ‘Danger’ signs seen throughout the film – used as an all-over print across the Park T-Shirt, Embryo Pullover, and Malcolm Sweatpants. Jurassic Park aficionados and streetwear fans alike will be able to complete their collection with the Ranger Safari Hat, which is accompanied by a Corduroy Snapback, Acid Wash Beanie, and other timeless accessories.
The Hundreds X Jurassic Park collection will be available Thursday, June 24 on The Hundreds App and Online Shop, as well as The Hundreds Los Angles at 501 N Fairfax and select stockists worldwide.
We have to admit there are some cool designs here - with that tongue-in-cheek T-Shirt featuring a cartoon Tyrannosaurus Rex and East Dock sign probably being our favourite. It’s been a fantastic year for Jurassic apparel so far - and we can’t wait to see what’s next from the Universal team. Hopefully this is the first of many collaborations which will embrace the iconography of the 1993 classic whilst also building towards the resurgence which the classic films will undoubtedly see when Jurassic World Dominion releases.
We’re also huge fans of the fact that the promotional photographs for this particular line appear to have been shot on the Universal Studios back lot - with lots of the props from the filming of The Lost World: Jurassic Park present throughout the photos. This is a fantastic use of a location which many of us are familiar with - and it helps to take these product shots and really immerse them within the world of the Jurassic franchise in a fun way. Kudos to whoever came up with the idea to do this!
