We often try to spotlight amazing people and artists within the Jurassic Community and today we have an awesome Kickstarter campaign from friend of the podcast, Mike Spiers! AtoZasaurus: A Dino Guide with Teeth is a brand new project Mike has put together to create a fun and educational book filled with his stylized view on dinosaurs - which is beautiful. I fell in love with Mike’s art the second I saw it, so this is a project that I am 100% backing. Here’s a bit of information from his Kickstarter:
“AtoZasaurus - A Dino Guide with Teeth, is an A4 paperback book that is aimed at both kids who are just discovering dinosaurs for the first time, and bigger dino-geeks who already know way too much! Ages 6-65 million. Of course it’s packed with some of your favourite dinosaurs, and a few you may not of heard of.
The book will be A4 landscape with a 300gsm matte laminated cover that includes spot UV gloss detailing. Inside showcases 56 full colour 170gsm pages and will be perfect bound.”
I can’t wait to read this with my kid! Mike is already so close to surpassing his goal, but let’s help him blow by that goal and reach new heights.
